There are KStdAccel's which you can use, KStdAccel::TabNext and TabPrev.

And also, when checking this, I found that one of the defaults was Ctrl+, and 
Ctrl+. which is a lot easier to use on a swedish keyboard than Ctrl+[ and 
Ctrl+] :-)
