Here are a couple of things that come to mind: Provide a button of some sort to show the full command line to the user if they want (e.g. so you know what /bin/rm is trying to do). Perhaps a database (would be difficult to maintain however - maybe with the help of distro packages it could be done) or another parameter to kdesu to give the user a friendly description of what the command will do.
