Its an attempt of showing focus; an outline (as khtml does it) will not be very \
visible and usable..

When the admin sets that option to be disallowed; the current one also has this \
behavior. (which is OK) Before you ask;  its not good to just not show them since \
users may search and search but can't find them :)

Usability features should be implemented on their strength alone,  not since a big \
portion of the public may be familiar with it anyway, thats just not a _reason_ IMO.
