Well, konqueror queries the plugins and creates the view mode buttons itself.
I thought the plugins would provide their own view mode button.
Still the current solution is advantageous because it reduces each mode switch
to a single click. Note that konqueror remembers the view settings, so you
rarely have to drill down into any drop down menu at all.
