Someone already proposed this here, it was agreed (?) that on Instant
Messenging, IRC and others that uses quick-short messages by default, they
should send on ENTER and break lines on CTRL+ENTER/ALT+ENTER/SHIFT+ENTER/...;
while others that are primarily multi-line messages should send on CTRL
+ENTER.
