Hmm... I'm not sure about this, as the font-installer has two modes: normal
(non-root) user fonts, and system-wide fonts (via the Admin mode button).
Having an "Admin mode" button on the fonts kcontrol module would be kinda weird,
no?

Perhaps, just add some text statnig how fonts may be added? With a link to
"fonts:/" - so that a konqueror window is opened when selected?
