Yes, but one can use konqueror as File Manager to manage files through
ftp, sftp, fish, ...

I don't think users print that much. Print is accessible using Ctrl+P
(universal) and via menu. Users could also add the icon themselves.

Many, many users don't use the sidebar. And the ones that use, believe me,
knows that F9 toggles it.
   Also, even Mozilla, which have more features in the sidebar doesn't
have the sidebar so accessible.
