I see but if it is good as default ...
I know lots of people loving a full length url bar and lot of icons
then as default I think MS-IE is a good default, picking the left corner with
your mouse and set it where you want

hooking in defaults here I believe that it could be necessary redefining the
"default"  for user
it is not any more the skilled hacker, the average user is not capable to
understand in this case the .rc thing and there are many other issues like
this even much more average-user-killer issues

may be this is worth a new thread?
