I really ment "further"(and its semantics ofcourse) but it doesn't really
matter, I'll change it to furthermore :)

I find it pretty clear..

And that is 640x480

Waldo told me the existing (unofficial) rule of tumb was those my patch(after
correction) described so he will probably back it up the best ;-P But I think
it sounds good - a window in 640x480 on a 800x600 display is practical, a
window which fits with a "couple of pixels" to spare is not. But frankly, I
don't think 640x480 will be followed that strictly, the de-facto standard
residing will probably be if the windows behaves convenient in 800x600,
because of the how difficult it is to measure(styles etc.). The goal is to
make a display in 800x600 usable and it will be that with more or less
windows in 640x480, so it's ok..

Further, ( :P ) I'm thinking of adding the following:

In addition to the sizes, a window's content such as text, must
be resonable clear and easy to interpret on a screen identical or
corresponding to the resolution 800x600 on a 14" CRT monitor, that is,
roughly 13" viewable.

What do you think?
