this would require changing how the Quick Browser works. hrm.. and i don't 
have a toplevel 'mnt' either.

Actions? my K menu must be seriously out of sync, because i don't see an 
Actions submenu there?

it's a common enough action that it's probably good to leave it there... 
remember that the menu is accessable from other places than the panel

it doesn't belong in system, and they are not necessarily utilities =/ i don't 
have an Unknown submenu, either... this is a problem that will disappear over 
time; hiding them further probably isn't worth it from the user's 
perspective.
