In this case Ingo is right, as Reply To List replies to the sender if there is
no list. I still don't like the current situation, although there are
solutions and if you really want, you can reconfigure your KMail. Just that
the defaults are bad IMO and (surprise!), there is no Settings->Configure 
Shortcuts in KMail...
