Make that two new options, I discovered that changing to "CDE" also
changed the order of the windows.

  [ ] Switch to most recently used windows first

Of course the defaults for both options should be ON. I'm not sure of
the text of this one, I'm only sure that I don't want that part of the
CDE behaviour.. =)
