Little remarks:
o Replace the grey line with a (even bigger) black one which also separates 
the icons. IMO maybeeven better: make the menu on that place 100% 
transparent.
o Make the icons from the dynamic items xx% transparent (or drop a xx% 
transparent collor layer over it).
o Use maybe another collor/font size for the dynamic items.
o Use maybe another background collor for the dynamic icons bar.
o I think that the X to dissable the last used apps part will not be clear to 
people because they will think it's to remove the whole K-menu and also 
because it will be difficult to enable it again. IMO it would be better to 
get some collapse functionality (default collapsed or not??) when you click 
on "Last Used applications" (or "Most...").
