Things like Encrypt file should be in Actions >>

I don't agree if you mean making it simplier by *removing* *usefull* things.

And isn't that good? A user will rapidly know that the actions submenu 
contains things he maybe don't like and so he can simply ignore it and keep 
that menu in mind for times he though likes to use an action in that menu.

ps: I also disagree with placing things like "Open With" in the Actions menu.
