yes, it's true for desktop area, false if we're into konqy where we could have
embedded viewer by default (look at - inside konqy)
1) what's our contest? [desktop, konqy area]
if(contest == desktop)
1-click to open file...
if(none MIMEtype)
ask for app to run...
elseif(contest == konqy area)
LMB: 1-click to open with embedded viewer/editor
RMB: menu with "Open" to open outside konqy with a default app
RMB::"Properties" 2 options for select app/select app system wide
Into RMB::Properties any user could select if select every time an app for
that kind of file format, and select interactive selection for every file
format (system wide).
A lot of things as you can read. Why don't make an official document to
collect every comment/proposal and be more detailed?
