this is because KDE doesn't actually have a proper trash system, just a 
directory to stow things in. provide a proper trash system and this problem 
will also be fixed.

i like the Add ons submenu... i'm doing some work on the service menus right 
now (type globbing works, huzzah! working on submenus now) and i think i'll 
adopt that approach.

as for copy to / move to and copy/paste, the two are very different modes of 
use ... the copy/move to menus are really mostly useful for immediate moves 
within one's local system. copy/paste is more flexible and requires less 
sub-menu navigation *shudder* ... perhaps choosing one or the other would be 
nice thing, i'm just not sure which one i'd choose ;-)
