I agree with what you say. The examples make the current state rather 
embarrassing. 

To begin with, we can remove the undo option from the context menu. What gets 
undone does not depend on the context, so the item clearly doesn't belong in 
the menu.

Yes, it's a trade of between a bigger menu or making the menu one level 
deeper. BeOS made the right choice here IMO.

I find the quick browsers easier to use. But I wouldn't mind if b) were 
chosen. Note that the quick browser is a plugin and is not part of konqueror 
itself. But please let's not add another configuration option.
