of course, in this case Peripherals and Hardware are a toss up ;-)

Appearance & Themes => Appearance
Internet & Network => Network
Sound & Multimedia => Multimedia
System Administration => System (weak)

Regional & Accessability is tricky. Security & Privacy is also good.

fewer words is good, and we probably don't have to change _all_ of them to 
single words, right?
