I wanted to add a button "Install new font" in the font dialog but Qt doesn't 
support rescanning the font-database so that makes no sense at the moment, 
because you would be able to install a new font but you would need to restart 
the application before you would see the font.

When Qt has added support for rescanning the database we can add a link from 
Fonts to the Font Installer. (Lars, are you listening? :-)
