Just a small comment. Lose the sort by (in)case-sensitive stuff. No "normal" 
person, and I use the term "normal" loosely here, ever uses case-sensitive 
sorting. It's a supremely useless option, and just serves to clutter and 
confuse an otherwise simple operation.
