W2K's is a little annoying. You can make the Control Panel a submenu of the
Start menu, but in that case the only way to open up the *whole* control
panel and not just separate modules is to mouse over the menu item, right
click, and pick Open.

Ok. Yes, I like that too. In fact, I used the menu editor to move the
Control Center item from the main K menu to the Preferences submenu, and
have had it that way for some time.
