well, too late.. it's already in kdeui, which means it needs to stay source 
and binary compat throughout kde3 ...

good news is that it is probably quite easy to improve the current one w/out 
violating either of those requirements ...

these are begining to look very nice, even nicer than the kopete ones which 
are quite nice IMO... perhaps you and kopete devels should look at making 
kpassivepopup more like what all of you are envisioning...
