I dont really think this is much of a problem considering the events 
shown are informative, not critical. You would only really need the 
info if:

1. You didn't understand what it was saying and want more information 
about it. (and i dont think this would happen very often if the wording 
of these popups are correct)

2. If you want to disable it.

The first one would be an actual problem, the second one wouldnt.

But i think the fact that these popups should show non-critical messages 
only makes this issue less important. But it should of course be 
considered.
