That does look better. Though i think it should have a black border 
around it. I havent looked at the code to see how general it is. (as 
in, does it do exactly this or is it general enough to be used for the 
examples i gave)

And dang, i think the passive popup in kdeui is ugly :)

But the worst part is that it doesnt point at the icon that caused the 
popup to be shown.
