I don't think this will accomplish what we want for KDE promotion.
Some comments definitely belong in the KDE forum. But others clearly
don't. Some comments are about distro packaging. Some are about links
that aren't working. It just isn't that big of a deal to read the
comments via RSS and handle each one appropriately.

Is there a reasonable way to send "I have this problem" to the "this
problem" topic and send "KDE is best" to some other forum location? I
doubt that but the KDE SysAdmin and Forum Gurus are pretty amazing.
While the concept is appealing, implementation seems troublesome.

Several people (including me) have been advising people to visit
forum.kde.org and other related forums (such as their distro). The
value of this in my view is that it gives people the opportunity to
learn about the bigger picture of KDE and the FLOSS ecosystem &
inclination to self-sufficiency.
