One suggestion on the wording (very minor):

"It also includes the latest versions of KDE applications..." --> "It also
includes the latest versions of many KDE applications..."

Purely because "KDE applications" by itself sounds like it should be a
proper noun or something, e.g. "KDE Applications"...a.k.a. the applications
that are part of the SC. But end users don't really need to know or care
what's part of the SC versus what are KDE applications distributed on their
own release schedule when they get this CD. Plus I'm assuming there are
things like Amarok and other non-SC apps on this disc anyways, right?

Yeah, let's not go back to re-hash this all over again :) I'd suggest
having just "Release 4.6" in that top left corner instead of "KDE 4.6".
This would be more in line with the direction that the release
announcements have been headed I think. You've got the K logo nice and big
on there and it says "KDE" multiple times in the rest of the text so I thin=
k
people will know who we are.

Agreed for the most part. I think it's fine on the front cover as it is,
but the back needs some adjustment. The current contrast of the white-ish
text on the light blue areas is a bit rough on the eyes. An alternative
solution to Markus's idea would be to just make all of the background color=
s
darker on the back sleeve so the white contrasts better with it. However
the idea to use drop shadow or outlines would work as well. I'd have to se=
e
both solutions side by side to know which one actually looks better.
