It would be nice to have auto-negotiation enabled for the whole www module. 
That way, whenever someone volunteers to translate a page, it will 
automatically be presented to those who speak the language it's written in. 
Of course this somehow contradicts with the "localised" KDE websites, but 
then again those do not exist for all languages yet, and while some of them 
try to be a localised kde.org, others are kept more along the lines of a 
virtual community meeting point or also include localised versions of 
application presentations etc.
