What are Mandrake's objectives? As someone following Mandrake update
after update, I can say they deserve their reputation for poor-design,
inconsistency and flakiness (msec, anyone?) in their target market.
That doesn't seem to be a good objective. (SuSE seems to be doing
much better, though I've never used it.)
Red Hat on the other hand has nothing but a reputation of robustness
and being well-thought out in *its* target market. They have to be
doing something right.
Anyhow, just thought I'd go OT and troll for a sec.
