Correct. The kolab resource deprecates and replaces the imap one and does not 
contain all of the code that is needed to work with online imap. I have not 
been in a great hurry to make that work again, since practical experience has 
shown online imap to be less than ideal for this kind of thing and everyone 
quickly switched to dimap, for resource folders. It's possible to make it 
work again, but I'm not sure it's worth it, to be honest.
