The kolab resource deprecates and replaces the imap one and does n= ot=20 contain all of the code that is needed to work with online imap. I have not= =20 been in a great hurry to make that work again, since practical experience h= as=20 shown online imap to be less than ideal for this kind of thing and everyone= =20 quickly switched to dimap, for resource folders. It's possible to make it=20 work again, but I'm not sure it's worth it, to be honest.
