Funny you should mention that just now. I was mucking about with KPilot -
which normally lives in the kdepim module and can find libkcal includes
because they're contained in that source module - in order to make a
standalone compilable tarball, and ran into the same problem. libkcal's
includes aren't installed.

You'll need to get the CVS source for now to get those includes. Patch to the
Makefile attached, creates a ${PREFIX}/include/libkcal directory with the
headers I think are important.
