You will need KAddressbook to setup LDAP for the AddressLineEdit, that's 
a limitation, yes. But it's not a real problem, so let's keep this for 
the release. Moving things around would probably only break the 
feature.

No, please don't change the classes of AddressLineEdit. Only the 
AddressLineEdit should install headers, so that there are no problems 
to change the implementation later.
