Hi all,
i'm working on a tabbar widget for plasma, i would like to move it in 
libplasma because the weather applet is quite dependent on that, so it's 
holding it back a little...
now the tabbar widget in playground/widgets/tabbar is a normal QWidget that 
paints with svg, so it should have the minimum duplication possible
the tabwidget is still a pure qgraphicswiget since the qtabwidget can only 
contain normal qwidgets is not useful here...

i would like to merge in libplasma as soon as possible, so it really needs a 
review, i'm really not sure about several things, like:
what level of wrapping should be provided by the tabbar proxywidget?
now it wraps the addtab functions and the signal, too much?

the QWidget should be made public? me wonders if it could be useful to have 
access to pimped qwidgets also outside the scene (thinking about the panel 
controller and krunner for instance)

i would move the thing to kdereview? or just to libplama when it's ready?
