Hi,

http://mpeglib.sourceforge.net/

CHANGES:
- converted the plugin to the new mpeg2dec 0.2.0 API.
  (mpeg2dec will be the stable version for some time)
- drops less frames (syncer improved)

Note: vob playing works (with AC3DEC), but only with one instance.
      svcd/mpg2 with mpeg audio works.
      aRts playback not tested with noatun, only mpeglibartsplay
