Like mentioned in my mail before: opening an SDI-app. leads to a empty
DOCUMENT, not empty window. E. g. try kwrite, kedit, killustrator,
kiconedit, kpaint, ... (I don't know one application except kword, which
has an empty window).

Select 'New' (=> New window with empty document) and close the old
window.

Select 'New'.

Open doesn't open a new window...

Please try some common applications for their open-behaviour (kedit,
kwrite, Wordperfect, MSWord, killustrator, ...........) and tell all
developers to change this common behaviour (I'll not risc that ;-)

Nonono ;-) New opens a new window with an empty DOCUMENT.
Just wondering: I never saw this behaviour of an empty window in a SDI
ever and only on less MDIs (e. g. Paintshoppro, but thats a MDI...).
