I've changed the entity for this so &kworldwatch; and &kworldclock; both will 
insert the correct name (<application>KWorldClock</application>) in the 
documentation.  At some future date, after the release, I'll correct the 
entities and remove the duplication, in the meantime, the documentation will 
not be changed or need any re-translating.

To be super clear: For anyone still to translate the manual, even though it 
says &kworldwatch; all through it, the generated text will be correct.
