Hi!

I added support for "<!-- TRANS:" blocks to poxml. These
belong in the english document and create an extra entry
in the .pot file to be translated.
These can be used to add paragraphs that are only specific
to translations. Two standard ones are ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS
and CREDIT_FOR_TRANSLATORS.

One limitation is that you can't add such comments everywhere
but only outside of blocks that would be translated anyway.
So you can do things like
<authorgroup>
<!-- TRANS:ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS -->
</authorgroup>

but not
<para>
This is for english <!-- TRANS:AND_THE_LANGUAGE -->
</para>
or
<simplelist>
<entry>Me</entry>
<!-- TRANS:GUI_TRANSLATOR -->
</simplelist>

Such things you better do with some markup magic in the translation.
For example you can translate
msgid "Me"
msgstr "Me</entry><entry>The Great Translator"

So if you're porting existing documentation and find paragraphs that
are for (your) translation only, you should send a patch to the english
translation team

Greetings, Stephan
