Thank you for the link. I discovered Weblate and it seems to be the best
choice currently.

I'll be working on this for 2 months as part of GSoC. I'm in the process
of writing the proposal <https://gitlab.com/snippets/1838918>. I would
like to explore the possibility of fully migrating entirely to a new
system. Also to reduce direct commits and instead through the online
translation tool. Cause there is the possibility of conflicts when both
are used together. I'm just curious ! Would like to know everyone's
thought on this.
