Well, "Wikipedia Deutsch" is no correct expression in German. Either it
has to be "Deutsche Wikipedia" or (the easier way) "Wikipedia (Deutsch)".
This way it would be able to form a correct expression e.g. in German even
if the language has a different form, i.e. "Amerikanisches Englische
Wikipedia" sounds just crappy. So, yes, I think the parentheses are a good
addition even if the language is not a language code, but the language
name.
