This will not do exactly what you want -- the second line will use no
translation from el-new.po. Instead, you either do:

  msgmerge el-kde3.po -C el-site.po gwenrename.pot > el.po

or

  msgmerge el-site.po -C el-kde3.po gwenrename.pot > el.po

depending on whether KDE3 (first) or site (second) translation is trusted
