URL or URLs

Well, I need some help with this. According to some sources, acronyms in my 
language (galician), does not vary with nummer, so for me, the plural 
of "URL" is "URL", being "URLs" an error.
Given that: where do this appear in the screen?
If it where next to a text field, or a description of a command option, I can 
translate if to the equivalent to "URL list", if the text/option sintax 
allwed that.

Finally,
Wtf a frob is in the context of kipiplugins _picasaweb and _flick?
