I would prefer to differenciate tooltips and whatsthis messages from long 
informational messages on dialogs (e.g. "Wellcome to this wizard, on the 
following pages...."), giving 6 main classes, the previous four and

(advise) @process, @info

being the main reason that tooltips, whatsthis and tips of the day, on 
my-way-of-doing-things ®, are left for a second revision, after the interface 
messages are minimally checked --really minimal check, btw--.
