I noticed that some packages are being updated a bit too often, even though 
there is no change in it. Please check the version numbers of e.g. 
kdevtipofday.pot in kdesdk.

The difference between the current version in KDE_3_3_BRANCH and the branching 
point is:

i.e. only the .pot creation date.

Is there something wrong in the update process? Why is the .pot created anew 
even if there is no variation in the messages?
kdevdesigner and qeditor too behave the same.
