As Erik asked me the question :

The translation of ktuberling's sound file names are not handled in the po 
file anymore. it goes through an XML file (*) now. 

Rationale :
- do not puzzle the teams that have no translated sounds yet
- allow a German kid to hear the English sounds (education purpose)
