What I understand by saying l10n framework is a set of functions/classes, that 
would be responsible for importing/parsing files containing alphabet 
definitions or any other kind of resources which are supposed to be 
localised.

I did not know that, but it will not be such a big problem, the polish i18n 
team will get to work a soon as the framework is done, but I will need more 
info about making alphabet definitions for kletters.
