I tend to agree with Anne-Marie on this, but I don't think the same
argument applies for KTouch.

Regarding the KTouch data, I have sent an email to kde-i18n-de and
kde-francophone about the issue, but I have been unable to find the
list for the languages dk and no.  According to i18n.kde.org, they
don't exist.  Does anyone know more about this ?
