I still read this list :-) I posted my intention about giving up development 
on kvoc some months ago to some developers lists to find a new maintainer. 
Karl-Heinz Zimmer offered to do so but since he was very busy with his job he 
could not do much till now.

I also had the impression that Karl-Heinz was already collecting ideas for a 
new vocabulary app. Since kvoc grew over three years with all the kde 
versions (and my personal skills :-) it is partially a mess and so I suggest 
anyway to stop it at some point and start something new from scratch.
