I thought of using a special folder "partials" to collect all messages
with content-type message/partial and inject them into normal
processing once they're complete.

Another solution (and one that I really like) would be to not show the
message/partial fragments at all, but only the resulting message (once
the first fragment has been received, which is necessary, since it
contains the header), even if it's not yet complete (show
<part x/y still missing>
in it's place).

We're only speaking of _messages_ with ct message/partial, but afaik
it's perfectly legal to e.g. have the first fragment with ct
multipart/mixed( text/plain, message/partial ), where the first body
part is explanatory text or something like that.

So maybe we really need to implement the "another solution", since the
explanatory text would be hidden in the "partials" folder, or the
message list cluttered with (part x/y) messages otherwise.
