In the meantime, pornjunkies who can cope with pictures-only can set up a 
regexp-filter like this:

(\.jpg|\.gif|\.png).*(\(|\[|\<|\{)\s*1\s*(\||/|of)\s*1\s*(\}|\>|\]|\))

and set lines to 100+ ... :)

I should handle all possible cases of (1/1), [1|1], {1 of 1}, < 1 / 1 > etc..

Knode-developers can use it to find the multipart-messages also! Just 
exchange the "1"s to \d+ instead (and ofcourse remove the .jpg etc part).
