That is exactly the problem!.... I too would expect

       KURL newUrl("ftp://ftp.gatech.edu/");
       redirection(newUrl);
       finished();
       return;

to work.  But it doesn't.

Konqueror reports:
  "Could not read /"

Anyone got a clue what is wrong????
